Our interactive map of the United States is to be used as an informative tool. By mousing over each State you will see our CURRENT turn times for that particular State. These turn times are updated bi-weekly and are based on the average length of time to complete from the inspection date.

Nationwide Appraisal & Settlement Network will do everything possible to accommodate special requests and deadlines. Specific due dates can be achieved. Indicate the date you wish to have a report back by in the special instructions of your order form and we will do our best to find an appraiser who is able to accommodate your request. Turn times below are an indication of current work flow. They reflect average turn around times that we have experienced over the last 30 days. We always do our best to honor special requests because your business matters!
