We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting revenue growth by acquiring new clients, setting client meetings for the West Regional Sales Manager and expanding existing partnership opportunities within the West Region (CA, OR, WA, MT, ID, NV, AK and HI). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage industry. The Regional Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in educating and engaging warm lender leads, driving awareness of NAN’s offerings, and nurturing client relationships for continued growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use Salesforce CRM to develop and execute a daily call plan to effectively engage warm lender leads and meet productivity goals.
• Educate and develop target accounts to create sales-ready contacts and opportunities to hand off to regional sales managers (RSMs).
• Research warm leads, locate contact information, build database of prospects in Salesforce, and develop strategies to target new appraisal business.
• Connect with current and prospective clients via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Assist in creating strategic target account lists and identify key players within defined territories.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how NAN can address them.
• Maintain proficiency in NAN products and competitive advantages.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM according to NAN standards, maintaining detailed account profiles.
• Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with West Regional Sales Manager.
• Limited travel required to support sales efforts at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Highly organized self-starter with a strong focus on results.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales, preferably selling B2B financial services.
• Experience in the Appraisal Management Company, financial services, or real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Office365, LinkedIn, and AppraisalScope preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
