I just wanted to let you know that my first order was completed today. The appraisal was ordered on Thursday the 13th at 4:00, the inspection was done on Monday the 17th at 4:15, and the appraisal was uploaded into your system at around 1:00 today.

I am very impressed with the communication and service I received on this order. I know Andrea worked on it, and I’m not sure who else, but whoever adds comments in your system did an amazing job with communication as well.

I have been a loan officer for over 10 years and this is hands down the BEST service I have ever gotten from an appraisal company! My borrower called and left me a MSG with questions about the loan we discussed last night. I called him back at 10:57am and asked him if he was able to have his home appraised TODAY!!! He said he was leaving at 4pm so I said if I get someone out by 3pm would that be OK? He said YES. I ordered disclosures and then called NAN. I casually asked that if I had a home in a given area would it be possible for us to have it seen by 3pm and back same day!!!

IMPOSSIBLE????
