Payment Options

All payments will be processed in house prior to assigning orders to appraisers. 
Your Nationwide Appraisal Network representative will contact the borrower upon
receipt of the order to collect payment information which will be processed
immediately so scheduling can commence. 
 

Ø If the borrower is not at the property during the
scheduled appointment time a $150 trip fee will be
charged automatically. 
 

Here are some options for the borrowers as far as forms of payment:
 

Ø Visa

Ø MasterCard

Ø Discover

Ø American Express

Ø We have the ability to send the borrower a link, via email, for them
to pay through our site.

Ø As long as the card has a logo representing the cards above, Debit
cards can be used, but will be processed as credit.

 

Ø This must be sent to us prior to scheduling the inspection.
