Our interactive map of the United States is to be used as an informational tool. By mousing over each State you will see listed the most common appraisal products, their fees, as well as, our CURRENT turn times for that particular State. These turn times are updated weekly and are based on the average time it took for a report to be completed from the day it was inspected.

Nationwide Appraisal Network does everything possible to accommodate special requests and deadlines. Specific due dates can be achieved. Indicate the date you wish to have a report back by in your special instructions of your order form so that we can do our job to find an appraiser able to accommodate your request. You will be informed the same day we receive your order whether or not your request is possible. Turn times below are an indication of current work flow. They reflect average turn around times that we have experienced over the last 30 days. We always do our best to honor special requests because your business matters!
