GeoPro Select™
Our sophisticated appraiser selection portal allows us to automatically view and select qualified appraisers who are geographically competent to complete the assignment. We are able to determine the distance at the point of selection and confirm all qualifications and appraiser’s availability prior to assigning the order.

LenderGuard™

Our enhanced multi-level review system and quality control features checks every report against three different points before the final product is delivered to the client for submission. This multi-level approach to quality control has significantly improved the quality of reports and decreased the amount of underwriter conditions by more than 72%.  For more information on LenderGuard™, please read further in this packet.


UCDP Delivery
We are directly integrated with the UCDP portal, and therefore, are able to act as the “Lender Agent” for our clients with our delivery capabilities to the UCDP.  Our appraisers are required to upload the final report through our secure LenderConnect™ portal in both a PDF format and an XML format.  The XML file is delivered through our integration with the UCDP.  An SSR report is saved to the file and can be delivered to the client if requested.  

ValueShield Warranty Program™
This warranty is created to enhance the appraised value backed by an insurance policy to provide assurance to the investment community that the valuation will not ultimately impair the performance of the loan.
 

 

Pipeline Snapshot™
These are customizable management reports help to keep your fingers on the pulse of your team’s daily workload with respect to appraisals and time frames. These reports are generated based on what you need and want to know and when you want the information.  The purpose is to enhance your control points in an instant without having to manually track the files.  Reports currently available for viewing include: YTD Activity Report, Daily Activity Report, Mid-day Progress Report, Orders Completed, Orders Due, Weekly Orders Paid.

PanelPlus™

We allow our clients the option to customize their appraiser panel or to utilize our established panel of appraisers. The appraisers are monitored and managed quarterly and feedback is provided to our clients in order to ensure quality and efficiency.

VendorManager™
Appraisers are able to access our secure portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to manage their workflow from open orders, to automated report review, uploading reports, updating order status, managing accounts receivables, updating profile information such as coverage and contact information, updating license information, and communicating with our team.

AppraisalLiaison™
The Chief Staff Appraiser team works as a liaison between you, the client, and the appraiser and facilitates any questions or concerns with the appraiser on your behalf. The main goal is to ensure that the end result is an accurate appraisal for your borrower. You will get an expert opinion by a certified appraiser every time.

SmartScore™
Each appraiser is scored after completing an assignment. The score is based on communication, turn time, and quality of report. The NASN representative who manages the file from beginning to end is prompted to score the appraiser based on these factors and takes into consideration the difficulty of the assignment before final score is given. This is a cumulative score and is visible in appraisers profile at time of assigning orders. These options allow us to select the best appraisers for assignments in all areas of the United States.
